Must be trained in Techniques of Alcohol Management.Coordinate with beverage server in regard to the 30-minute rule pertaining to serving drinks that contain alcohol.Coordinates activities in bar area to provide fast and courteous service to patrons.Ensures that all beverage products served meet the established specifications and standards.Ability to lift over 25 pounds, bend, pull and carry beverage stock to and from coolers and cabinets.Will keep area clean, neat, orderly, and fully stocked.Operates a cash register, handling all beverage sale transactions.
